You'll be using our schema editor whenever creating a new dataset and editing dataset fields. Field types can include any number of Text, Number, Geometry, Date, URL, Picklist, Photo Gallery and other fields.
With the schema editor, you can add or delete dataset fields and set particular requirements for these fields, including limiting the range of a value, specifying auto population parameters, creating picklists and setting their values, and much more.
Remember to save your changes before closing the schema editor.
This is the basic view for creating or editing the dataset fields when creating a new dataset or editing the schema of an existing dataset:
A basic text field can be added and named, and additional parameters can be set, including a auto-populating the field with a default value, or other available values.
Most datasets will have at least one geometry associated. You can name the geometry field and pick from points, lines or polygons.
You can add number or decimal fields and set value ranges.
Date fields can be set to auto-populate with create dates or modified dates.
Picklist values can be added, removed and edited, with default values set.
Remember to save your changes before closing the schema editor.
