For this example we will upload the traffic calming and school datasets for San Francisco.
To get the dataset you can download it directly from San Francisco's Open Data Portal located at https://data.sfgov.org/
The traffic calming data is located here:
https://data.sfgov.org/api/geospatial/ddye-rism?method=export&format=Original
The school dataset is located here:
https://data.sfgov.org/api/geospatial/sert-rabb?method=export&format=Original
If you have trouble downloading the data from San Francisco's Open Data Portal you can download them from AmigoCloud here:
Once you have them downloaded to your computer, you can upload them to AmigoCloud from the dataset view by clicking the "Upload Dataset" button on the right hand side.
Upload Datasets button
When the dialog comes up, select the two zip files and click "Upload"
Dialog Box
When the datasets are done uploading, the dialog will dismiss and you will see them processing in the dashboard. After a few quick moments, they will finish processing and you will see them added to your dataset list.
Uploaded datasets
You will receive an email detailing the datasets found in each zip file. This is useful where you have many datasets in a single zip file. Also if there were any errors importing the data it will give you some information about what the errors were and direction to fix them.
