Just purchased your first AmigoCloud subscription? Congratulations! Now, the next step is managing users in your brand new subscription.
To do so, go to the AmigoCloud website and click on My Plan & Subscription:
In this page, you will see your current plan and a list of all the subscriptions you've purchased.
Remember, a user can purchase as many subscriptions as he/she wants, but can only be assigned to one plan.
My Current Plan
This section will show you the current plan you have assigned. If you haven't been added to any subscription, it will show Free Plan. Otherwise, the name of the plan and the plan admin will be shown:
If you want to leave this plan (to join another one, or leave your seat for other users), click on "Leave this plan?".
Purchased Subscriptions
This section will list all the subscriptions you've purchased (even the ones that are no longer active). You can only manage subscriptions you've purchased, not ones you've been added to. If you need something to be changed on a subscription you haven't purchased, please contact the person who did ("Plan admin").
Manage users in a subscription
Click on the subscription ID to go to the subscription details page. This page will show you a list of users that are currently part of the subscription. Adding or removing users from this list is just a click away!
When you purchase a subscription, you're automatically added to it. If you won't be the person using the software, you can easily remove yourself you from the list by clicking on the "DELETE" button. That way you leave your seat for another user.
To add another user, type the user's email and click "ADD". Remember that this user must have an AmigoCloud account already created using that email. You also won't be able to add the user to your subscription if he/she is already part of another one. If you want to do so, you can ask them to leave their current plan.
The system will only let you add as many users as your plan has available. If you need to add more users, contact us through the Contact Us page or email us at support@amigocloud.com to upgrade your plan.
Upgrade or cancel subscription
We don't have a way of upgrading or canceling a subscription through the website yet. If you wish to upgrade or cancel, please contact us through the Contact Us page or email us at support@amigocloud.com.
