The default symbology of a layer will be that of the dataset. Quite often, one set of a symbols is used to render the data while collecting data, where as a different set is used to create a map. For example, I can symbolize the bucket list based off of visited/not visited while creating a map, but the default for collecting is showing whether or not the bucket list item has photos.
Here we will change the bucket list symbology based off of whether or not it has been visited.
First, select the layer and select the layer settings.
The default tab is the Styling tab. Using that tab, you can choose any styling that we offer. For more information on how to style a dataset see these other help articles:
After editing the symbology, make sure to press save to see your changes.
